Agtruk Industries Ltd T/A Beck Engineering has been in operation since the early 1980’s. It was formed by Graeme Beck and Co to support the surrounding agricultural industries by providing custom built modifications to create hedge cutters and various spraying machines.
Work over the years has expanded into the Heavy Transport industry and Beck-made Fertiliser spreader bins can be found at many transports through-out the wider Southland area, along with side tippers and custom built trailers including a few milk tankers as well. The company has adapted to meet the needs of our customers over the years but the principle of providing equipment with a “Built Strong-Last Long” ethos has remained at the forefront.
Onsite we house a large heavy machinery workshop and can provide all general engineering services you may require including weld repairs, cut steel, new or repairs to hydraulic hoses and we stock a good range of bearings and nuts and bolts should you need these. Our site also houses a full machine shop and a large paint and assembly workshop.
